Yoghurt-Coated Grapes & Strawberries
Great to cool you down on a hot summer day or enjoy this easy treat all year round.
Ingredients
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 2 cup sweet vanillla yoghurt
- 1 bunch white grapes
- 1 bunch red grapes
Method
- Line two baking trays with baking paper. Transfer yoghurt to a bowl. Wash grapes and pat dry, then dip into yoghurt to coat, allowing excess to drip off. Place on trays. Repeat with strawberries.
- Freeze for 2 hours until solid, then transfer to an airtight, freezer-safe container in a single layer.
Tip
- These treats melt quickly, so only take a serve at a time from the freezer.
