Tiny Bread 'n' Butter Pudding for One
Treat yourself to this wonderful old favourite....

2 thin slices of bread
1 Tbsp sultanas
¾ cup milk
1 Tbsp Chelsea white sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
Cut the bread into small pieces and place with the sultanas in a small baking dish. Beat milk, egg, sugar and vanilla essence together. Pour over the bread and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes until the custard is set. Serve with a little cream or ice cream. Serves 1.
