- 4 ripe avocados
- Juice of 3 limes
- ¼ cup chopped white onion
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- Tortilla chips, for serving
- Pit & peel the avocados.
- Place the avocados in a bowl & mash with the lime juice, onions, sour cream & a big pinch of salt & pepper.
- Fold in the tomatoes and serve with tortilla chips.
