  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup each: red & green glacé cherries, halved
  • 100g white & pink marshmallows, halved
  • 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts

Cooking Instructions

Grease a 26cm x 16cm dish and line with plastic film.

Roughly chop the chocolate. Place in a microwave-proof bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes on half (50%) power until the chocolate softens and begins to melt. Stir until smooth. Combine with the cherries, marshmallows and peanuts.

Pour into the prepared dish and refrigerate, until firm. Cut into large pieces. Store in an airtight container.

Makes about 16 pieces. Made in 15 minutes.
