Pineapple Smoothie

Delicious Breakfast Smoothie option

For a lighter smoothie, try with coconut water instead of coconut milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces
  • 2 bobby bananas
  • 2cm piece of ginger, chopped (or use 2/4 tsp minced ginger)
  • 1/3 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Garnish with pineapple, mint leaves and coconut threads
