Pineapple Smoothie
Delicious Breakfast Smoothie option
For a lighter smoothie, try with coconut water instead of coconut milk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces
- 2 bobby bananas
- 2cm piece of ginger, chopped (or use 2/4 tsp minced ginger)
- 1/3 cup natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
- Garnish with pineapple, mint leaves and coconut threads
