Peanut Butter Fruit Smoothie
This peanut butter fruit smoothie includes weet-bix to help you stay fuller for longer. The perfect way to start the day or as a healthy afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 3 weet-bix
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 2 tbs strawberry (for decoration, if desired)
- 20ml maple syrup
- 400ml almond milk, chilled
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and top with extra fruit if desired. Serve immediately. Note: Add extra milk to thin if necessary.
