Megan's Triple-Choc Cheesecake Slice
Ingredients
- 300ml thickened cream
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 40g butter, melted
- 1 1/2 pkt sandwich chocolate biscuits
- 2 tsp gelatine
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 100g chocolate, shaved
- 1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
Method
- Line a 20x30cm slice pan with baking paper. Break biscuits into a food processor and process until crumbs form. Add butter and process to combine. Place crumbs in pan and press evenly over base. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Dissolve gelatine in the 1/4 cup boiling water. Process cream cheese, choc-hazelnut spread, 150ml of the cream and sugar in food processor until smooth. Add gelatine and process until combined. Pour over base and chill for 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, whip the remaining 150ml cream, spread over the chocolate filling and top with shaved chocolate. Cut into 24 pieces to serve.
