Jam Drops
A classic cookie we all grew up on!
Not only are they easy to make and bake, but they are perfect with tea and coffee!
Method
- Using a beater, beat the butter and sugar until combined. Then slowly incorporate one egg at a time.
- Add the flour and baking powder to the mix, and stir until a stiff dough forms.
- Cut the dough into 12 balls, flatten, and make one small dimple in the center of each biscuit. Then fill the dimple with a small dab of jam.
- Bake at 180°C fan forced for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
