Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 200g butter, chopped
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/4 cup finely chopped continental parsley leaves
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- 2 baguettes, halved lengthways
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°c/200°c fan-forced.
- Place butter in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, covered, on high for 20 seconds or until the butter softens. Stir in garlic paste, parsley, pepper, and salt until smooth and combined.
- Brush cut sides of baguettes with butter mixture. Press baguette halves back together and wrap in foil to enclose.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until bread is golden and crisp. Cut into pieces and serve.
Handy Tips
Freeze foil-wrapped baguettes for up to 3 months. Bake for 20 minutes from frozen.
