Easy Halloween Eyeball Jelly Cups

Ingredients
- 2 x 85g packets lime jelly
- marshmallows, to decorate
- Smarties, to decorate
- black and red writing icing, to decorate
Method
- 1. Place jelly crystals in a large jug, then add 2 cups boiling water and stir until dissolved. Top with 1 2/3 cups cold water and stir to combine. Divide among 6 x 1-cup capacity glasses, then refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
- 2. To make the eyes, halve marshmallows horizontally, then top sticky side with a smartie. Use writing icing to draw veins and pupils. Allow to set before topping jellies, then serve.
