Dijon & Ginger Ham Glaze
- 1 cooked ham on the bone
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup Anathoth Farm Marmalade with Ginger
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Mix the Marmalade with Ginger, sugar and Dijon mustard together and spread all over the ham.
- Baste the ham generously, bakeand continue to glaze throughoutthe cooking process.
