Cherry and Banana Smoothie

So easy to make and great for the summer days

  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 banana cut into chunks
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ cup low fat Greek-style yoghurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Almonds (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses to serve.
