Cheese & Bacon Ball
Sweet and Salty, and always a crowd pleaser
Perfect with veggies, crackers or chips. Make a platter statement with this tasty creation!
Ingredients
- 450g cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup cheese (shredded)
- 3/4 cup bacon bits1/4 cup spring onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup pecans or any other desired nuts (chopped)
Method
- Beat the cream cheese and cheese together.
- Form the cheese into a ball and tightly wrap the ball in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until firm.
- In a bowl, stir together the rest of the ingredients, and roll the cheese ball in the mixture.
- Wrap again and refrigerate until ready to serve.
