Garlic Butter Steak
Very quick and easy and great tasting.

4 portions lean beef steak (sirloin, scotch, fillet or rump)
40g butter, softened
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp ground paprika
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Olive oil for cooking
Combine the butter, garlic, paprika and parsley, mix well and put aside. Brush the steak with a little olive oil, then cook in a hot pan on both sides until cooked to your desired degree. Once done, cover and rest in a warm place for about 2 minutes to retain the juices. Serve with a good dollop of garlic butter on top and your favourite vegetables.
