Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ammonia
  • ¼ cup DYC White Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Baking Soda
  • 4 litres Warm Water
  • Toothbrush
DYC White Vinegar 750ml

Directions

  1. Spray full-strength DYC White Vinegar directly onto mouldy surfaces. Leave to soak for 30 minutes and scrub. Rinse with water to clean.
  2. If step one doesn't rid of the mould: Mix a solution of 1 cup ammonia, 1/2 cup DYC White Vinegar, and 1/4 cup baking soda mixed in 4 litres warm water.
  3. Soak mouldy surfaces for 30 minutes and then scrub. Rinse with clean water.
  4. Keep an old toothbrush on hand to work the solution into corners and other tight spaces.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup DYC White Vinegar
  • 1½ cups water
  • Thinly pared rind of ½ an orange
  • Spray bottle
DYC White Vinegar 750ml

Directions

  1. Pour the vinegar and water into a spray bottle.
  2. Push the rind into the bottle.
  3. Screw in the sprayer. Shake well.
  4. Spray onto surface to be cleaned. For harder to clean marks allow to soak for a few minutes before wiping away or try this natural cleaning paste.
  5. Shake before each use.

How to Clean Your Oven

with DYC White Vinegar

Try this inexpensive and effective oven cleaner that won’t make your nose hairs curl!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Baking Soda
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup DYC White Vinegar
DYC White Vinegar 750ml

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix baking soda and water together, then slowly add DYC White Vinegar.
  2. Use a spatula or rubber scraper to spread the mixture thickly over cold oven surfaces to be cleaned. Do not use on self cleaning panels.
  3. Pour boiling water into an ovenproof dish sitting on the oven shelf. Close the oven door.
  4. Turn the oven on to 100°C and leave for 45 minutes.
  5. Turn the oven off.
  6. Carefully remove the water dish and discard.
  7. Scrape off the dried mixture using a plastic scraper or scouring pad then remove with a brush and shovel or vacuum cleaner.
  8. Use a scourer to clean off any residual grime.
  9. Wipe out with a clean cloth until there is no white residue.
